Love's heaven and hell

A piece dedicated to and her girlfriend, (left side) and my girlfriend Hime and me (right side).
I had several concepts for a piece like this;
showing the differences of two relationships by displaying their love for violence and, on the other hand, the couple being in all their joy of love in seventh heaven. Another concept would have been calling the picture "Discord and Harmony".
While Mali and the one she's currently dating absolutely adooore and enjoy creepy, eerie and, well, "bad" things (especially stuff with blood), Hime and I are being endearing and cheesy.
The colour choices in this were easy; Mali who told me she loves black and white pictures with red bloodstains on them gave me inspiration for trying out a complete black-and-white colouring (which took me waaaay longer then the colour one, by the way) and it was a big challenge for me. To do light and shadows with only different shades of grey is not that easy.

Well, I'll leave some interpretation about the poses and all to you before I type /everything/ down now.XD
